1. Who runs this site

This site is run by Karol Leszczyński . For any question about your data, write to contact@aiwritingtipscom.com.

2. What data is collected

There's no contact form on this site — if you get in touch, it's by email, and whatever you write to us stays in that email thread. If you agree to it in the cookie banner, we also collect anonymous analytics data from Google Analytics 4 (country, device type, time on site).

3. Why we process it

• To reply to your message (legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a request you initiated).
• To understand site traffic, but only if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner (legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent).

4. How long we keep it

Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, then deleted. Analytics data follows Google Analytics 4's default retention period (14 months).

5. Who we share it with

Infrastructure providers we use: Amazon Web Services (hosting, outbound email), Google (analytics, only if you've consented). We don't sell your data or hand it to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and you can object to how it's processed. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time from the cookie banner. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can file a complaint with your national data protection authority.

7. Cookies

This site uses:

• Functional cookies (remembering your light/dark theme choice, your cookie consent decision) — the site doesn't work properly without these.
• Analytics cookies (GA4) — only after you consent, IP-anonymized.
